A self-contained team of product, engineering, and design that takes a problem you have not yet specified and returns a system running in production.

We own the roadmap for that outcome and are accountable for whether it works. Weekly checkpoints, every commit visible, redirect at any point.

Design and plan automation

Work that takes a drafter a week and turns it into a job that runs in minutes. Parametric models that hold up when the constraints change, drawing sets produced from the model rather than redrawn, and geometry that arrives at the fabricator ready to cut.

Four stages. No surprises.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined process from first audit to production handoff.

01 · Discovery

Structured interviews, direct system access, and time with your team to map workflows and understand the technical landscape. Broad before deep.

02 · Analysis

Solution architecture and feasibility. Prototype integrations, data-flow diagrams, and a prioritized build list with effort and impact per workstream.

03 · Build

Working software, iteratively, with weekly checkpoints. You see every commit and can redirect at any checkpoint.

04 · Verify

Measured against the baseline set in Discovery. Automated testing, integration validation, and a documented handoff so your team owns what we built.
